Because of it's dense and thorough coverage, I think this book will be an important, if not the most important, reference for any future biographies, screenplays, or essays that might be written about Aldrich Ames and what he did. I'd read Earley's previous book about the Walker spy family and had picked this up in Sonoma, CA with the idea that it would be a good companion on the flight back to Chicago.
